1 pound ground beef
½ onion, chopped
1 can sweet corn
4 white potatoes
Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Boil and mash the potatoes. Add butter and milk to mashed potatoes for flavor and consistency.
Saute the onion until softened. Add garlic for 30 seconds, then add the ground beef. Cook the ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, crumbling with the spatula as you go. Correct seasoning as needed.
Spread beef mixture in bottom of casserole. Layer corn on top. Spread mashed potatoes on top of that. Sprinkle with paprika and dabs of butter. Bake until hot throughout and potatoes are crispy on top.
