- 1 lb. fresh, raw, peeled shrimp
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 tablespoon crushed red pepper
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
- 1 chopped garlic clove
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Let shrimp rest 15 minutes.
Get the grill hot. Either skewer the shrimp, keeping them snug and close, or use a grill pan. Grill for two minutes on each side.
